Pete at made2order only uses Wattle Forestwood aquatech water based oil stain product. The colours on the chart   are to be used as a simple guideline only. Generally, the colours on the chart are darker than the actual finished product. If in doubt please visit your nearest Bunnings Store, they have the Wattle range of colours shown on Pine samples for your convenience.

Credit card payments
When paying by credit card please add surcharge of 4.5% to total, this covers credit card charges to made2order. We do not cover these costs, the credit card facility is in place for customer convenience. Acknowledgement for completion and shipping timeframe
Completion timeframe for your order will be tentatively booked for around [made2order to fill in date] if not sooner, this is a tentative booking only, we cannot hold this booking longer than a few working days without firm confirmation and payment. Pete at made2order makes to order, when he receives your payment in full he will book all timber, stain and hardware materials, your order then commences (Pete no longer carries costs up front)


Note: shipping timeframe is over and above completion timeframe and always subject to space availability on the truck on the day. We have no control over delivery times or dates, however we always try our very best to have our carrier meet your preferred date

Upon delivery of your order (in general)
The carrier will contact you direct on the contact numbers you provided to made2order to arrange a time and date of delivery. Please have three to four strong adults available to assist the driver with the UNload, as our products are extremely heavy and bulky.
