How to order from our website

Browse our product catalogue make a selection, choose a colour and we're away!  Then simply fill in our customer order template and tell us what product or products you wish to purchase, your colour choice, your method of payment and your desired delivery date, it really is as simple as that! We will respond promptly and provide details on how to proceed, make payment, confirm and secure your order. That’s it, so quick, so easy!

Or simply purchase through the website using the checkout procedure and we will discount any specials at the end before processing through...

When we receive your payment in full, we will order all timber, stain and hardware, your order then commences. We will then confirm with you a start date and an expected completion date. Our aim is to have your order fulfilled and ready for shipping within 2 - 4 weeks and in many cases in a much lesser time frame!

You may even choose your own colour from our colour chart which displays up to 30 x colour shades or view our product colour examples page

You may opt for an H3 treated Pine finish or a Macrocarpa finish. Pricing differs between the two timbers

Note: When paying by credit card please add surcharge of 4.5% to total, this covers credit card charges to made2order, we do not cover these costs. We have put in place the credit card facility for customer convenience. Contact us if you wish to make payment using your credit card and we will promptly provide you with a secure paymate website link via e-mail so you may make payment and process your order


Our money back guarantee

If you do not love your made2order product, for whatever reason, send your order  back to us within (15) days of receipt and we will on-sell it for you and refund your entire purchase price upon sale. During those (15) days you may enjoy it, use it at your place and see how it makes you feel everyday. If you love it, that's great! If you don't then it is not right for you and you may return your order to us and we will on-sell it for you, no strings attached! (we do not refund shipping charges)

All we ask is that you notify us that you are returning your order and that the order is returned in good condition. When we receive your returned order, we will then advertise your setting for sale on our website. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price you paid, excluding any shipping charges when your order has successfully on-sold. Our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy is in place so that you feel secure when purchasing through www.made2order.co.nz
