Our simple Layby terms:
1) 25% deposit is payable at onset of purchase, balance payable over and up to six weeks. For Christmas laybys' last payment due no later than December 4th 2009


2) 20% non refundable fee:
If for any reason you change your mind and cancel your order you are charged a 20% non refundable fee on the purchase price paid (excludes any shipping fees)


3) When payment is received in full and final:
your order will then be completed and ready for shipping


4) Example of layby purchase:
Purchase price: $1500.00
25% deposit = $375.00
balance to pay = $1125.00
divided by 6 equal weekly payments = $187.50 (excludes shipping payable if any) You are welcome to make payments in any amount over and up to 6 weeks after your 25% deposit has been paid to initially secure your order
