All our products come with our no questions asked 15 day right of return. Our right of return policy is there so that you can feel secure with your purchase.

Our Privacy Policy protects you when you visit our site. We guarantee your information is safe with us. We will never sell client lists to other companies; we will not 'spam' our newsletter recipients or reveal information about our customers to any other party.

Right of Return
If you do not love your made2order product, for whatever reason, send your order back to us within (15) days of receipt and we will on-sell it for you and refund your entire purchase price upon sale. During those (15) days you may enjoy it, use it at your place and see how it makes you feel everyday. If you love it, that's great! If you don't then it is not right for you and you may return your order and we will on-sell it for you, no strings attached! (we do not refund shipping charges)

All we ask is that you notify us that you are returning your order and that the order is returned in good condition. When we receive your returned order, we will then advertise your setting for sale on our website. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price you paid, excluding any shipping charges when your order has been on-sold. Our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy is in place so that you feel secure when purchasing through www.made2order.co.nz

Full notification of any return must be forwarded to www.made2order.co.nz within seven days (15 days) of receipted delivery of the product item.

Returns of goods will only be accepted where the products are returned in good condition. Returns will not be accepted where the item is damaged or incomplete in any way.

The Purchaser will be responsible for any and all costs incurred in returning the product item to made2orders' workshop in Whangarei, Northland, New Zealand

Failure to comply with any of the herein content shall render any return invalid

Whilst every effort is made to accurately portray all products represented on this web site we do not give any warranty that the purchased product will be identical to the photographic representation including, but not limited to, differences arising from the following conditions:

Colour differences arising from different colour settings or your computer monitor

Differences in final appearances for made to order settings and pieces.

Delivery Conditions
The shipping Costs are payable by the customer

We make no warranties as to the actual transit time, that is, the time interval between the date the product item was handed to the carrier, and its receipt by the purchaser, or their agents, express or implied. No responsibility is accepted by www.made2order.co.nz

Claims for Loss or Damage
made2order Employees, Agents or Sub-contractors guarantee the product item/s against theft, loss, damage or other deleterious acts during transit. This guarantee ends at receipt of delivery by the Purchaser or their nominated agent, express or implied.

If the Purchaser, his or her Agents, express or implied, accepts the shipment without noting any damage on the delivery record (Consignment Note) this constitutes notice to made2order.co.nz that the product item was delivered in Good Condition, any subsequent notation of damage will be invalid.

When making a claim for loss or damage, the following conditions must be adhered to:

Full notification of any claim for loss, damage or delay must be forwarded to made2order.co.nz within fifteen days of receipted delivery of the product item.

Any claim for loss or damage will be invalid if the delivery record (Consignment Note) has been signed stating that the goods were received in Good Condition.

Force Majeure Clause
made2order.co.nz will not be liable for loss, damage or delay caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, perils of the air, weather conditions, mechanical delays, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotion or acts of omission or public authorities.
